  13. Hi folks.
  14.    We are three guys who are working on a report about JPEG. So far we 
  15. have implemented sequentiel encoding/decoding for 8x8 blocks in grayscale 
  16. (64 graytones) images. Now we are working with the unthankfull task to 
  17. implement both progressive and hierarchical encoding/decoding still 8x8 
  18. blocks in grayscale. To test our programs we need some progressive and
  19. hierarchical encoded images. So if you happen to have a pile of such
  20. images please Please PLEASE email us on the address below. 
  21.    While we are here we might as well ask for integerbased cosine 
  22. transformation algorithms.
