  11. The SEND-to-self quota loophole has been a favorite trick here, too.  Some
  12. time ago, Kim Schacher, from whom I inherited the Postmaster job last year,
  13. cooked up a utility to spot these "hyperspaced" (as they've become known
  14. locally) files.  It's a simple bit of DCL to root through the most recent
  15. link logs and find cases where source = destination.  The job runs
  16. periodically, and the system manager gets the reports.  Simple, but
  17. effective.
