- My mother-in-law made that mistake in their VW Rabbit Diesel sedan and it
- made about five miles down the road. It probably only made it that far
- because there was enough diesel fuel still in the tank to dilute the gas
- somewhat. If I remember what my father-in-law said, the damage included
- holed pistons and a cracked head. I do remember that he got rid of the
- car instead of fixing it.
