- I always thot the above process was called port matching. My understanding
- of blueprinting was that it was the process of checking all the dimensions
- of all engine parts to assure that they are within acceptable specs.
- Porting and polishing refers to making changes to the shape and surface finish
- in the intake and exhaust ports of the cylnder head(s).
