  12. Apparently some time ago there was a fix described here to circumvent NFS's
  13. infuriating habit of syncing all writes to disc without putting them in the
  14. normal system cache.  Needless to say, this makes creating new files with a
  15. PC-NFS client _pretty_ slow.  Can anyone enlighten me about what the fix is?
