- It will be shortly eclipsed by OSF/1. Ultrix applications should run under
- OSF/1, though. Actually, this brings up a point I'm curious about, which
- perhaps someone from DEC could expand upon. Since Ultrix binaries will run
- under OSF/1, and there's a large base of installed MIPS Ultrix machines,
- doesn't it make more sense in the short term to port to, or develop on, Ultrix
- than OSF/1?
