  13. Simple question.

  15. What do I do to delete a 'file' that when I try to trash it it says 'You
  16. cannot move file yyy to the "Wastebasket" as it cannot be found'.

  18. A get similar errors when I try to move the files to another folder, do
  19. a get info or delete it using Apple File Exchange (a last ditch
  20. attempt).

  22. I can't option-drag (or option-trash as it never gets in the bin).
  23. Rebuilding the desktop, switching on with extensions off, booting from a
  24. floppy, using Norton Wipe Info, all do not work. In fact the files have
  25. been created by a run of Norton.

  27. Oh, I do not want to back-up a reformat my hard disk, as I seem to have
  28. not got my free tape-backup drive which obviously comes with every copy
  29. of system 7. (If it's a good joke once it's always a good joke....).
