- Hello to everyone,
-
- I've been using a IIci at work and I love it. Recently, I went to a
- computer show where I saw the Outbound notebooks. I played with a
- powerbook 170 at one time and I liked the ergonomic design. The one thing
- I noticed on that particular powerbook is that after people started playing
- Crystal Quest, the button above the track ball began to get stuck all the
- time, and only the lower button could be used. The Outbound, on the other
- hand, uses their "track bar" which seems to be a neat concept and not as
- likly to be prone to button problems which I noticed on the Powerbook.
-
- Has anyone used (or is using) an Outbound notebook? Could you possibly
- tell me how you like the track bar and the general ergonomics? Also, have
- you used their upgrade paths, and are the notebooks reliable and completly
- compatible?
-
-
- Sincerely,
-
- E. Lev
