  32. People who buy a new machine (unless it is an additional machine) don't have to worry about
  33. old software--unless they get it used or they pirate it--and they haven't used either software
  34. yet, so there is usually no preference involved.

  36. Personally, I can't think of any reason why someone would want to run system 6 instead of
  37. running system 7.  If they have software that doesn't run under system 7 or if they don't have
  38. enough RAM to run system 7, they would be forced to run system 6, but that is not the same
  39. as *wanting* to run it.
