- Others have already given a list, but please, bare with me. I just figured
- out something in the naming pattern. If you have figured this out before, just
- think to yourself "he's slow" and go onto the next message. Otherwise, read
- on.

- Didya notice this :
-
- Mac II_ (Don't read this a "underscore", read it as a non-printing space.)
- II_x
- IIcx
- IIci
- IIfx
- IIsi
- IIvi
- IIvx

- It's in alphabetical order! (First letter, with _ being lowest.) Sure,
- Quadras, Performs, compact Macs and all other designs fall out, but I think I
- have a clue why the IIsi has an 's' and the new machines have a 'v'...
- Okay, so I'm slow... (And if I got the order wrong, I'm dumb, but I think I
- got it right...)
-
- One other thing, and this is a major pet peeve of mine. Apple used to make
- computers called Apple ][+, ][c, etc., however, they now make machines called
- Macintosh IIsi, IIci, LCII, etc. Notice? It's "II", as in two capital 'i's.
- NO stylized ']['. Please! Write it the correct way! I don't like to think
- of my IIsi as a ][c on steroids!
