  12.  I just bought a 486 and there is something wrong when I start the
  13. machine: It take about 3 to 4 seconds for the mouse to be installed.
  14. Any ideas? It's not big deal for the 3 seconds, but is it a indication
  15. of something wrong with the I/O? Can I figure out the situation with
  16. some software?
