- Check the horizontal frequency that your monitor
- can be driven to. It is probably ~35kHz. Your card is
- probably sending at ~45kHz. You will need to change jumpers
- on your Tseng ET4000 to the lower horizontal frequency. You
- are probably trying to drive your monitor as a non-interlaced
- but your monitor can't handle the refresh rates. Check the
- specs of the card and monitor, I'm sure this is what the
- problem is.
