  15.     Check the horizontal frequency that your monitor
  16. can be driven to. It is probably ~35kHz. Your card is
  17. probably sending at ~45kHz. You will need to change jumpers
  18. on your Tseng ET4000 to the lower horizontal frequency. You
  19. are probably trying to drive your monitor as a non-interlaced
  20. but your monitor can't handle the refresh rates. Check the
  21. specs of the card and monitor, I'm sure this is what the
  22. problem is.
