- I haven't had any problems with them except that they're abysmally slow.
- Long times on hold, some calls not returned necessitating more time on hold,
- and so on. They have recently claimed to have put more resources into Tech
- support, and I haven't needed to call since so things mightr be better. They do
- sell a lot of machines so it's not surprising they're swamped.
- I have more trouble with their sales force. They seem to have a reflex reaction
- along the lines of:
- Me: The system has to have X characteristic, is this a problem?
- They: No, no problem.
- Me: And it absolutely mustn't have Y or it's of no use to me.
- They: No problem, it's not like that.
- Me: So can you FAX me the data sheets on the motherboard?
- They: Sure, no problem.
- FAX arrives, turns out there's no X, lots of Y. No sale! Annoying since they
- seem to have a very good deal going on their systems these days.
