  22. ensured that surfaces are level, may soon be pushed out by
  23. a microprocessor-contolled rival that can set a true 
  24. horizontal, a vertical or any angle in between, to one-tenth
  25. of a degree.

  28. in San Jose, California, is a device called a liquid-filled
  29. inclinometer.  A sealed capsule contains two parallel conducting
  30. discs with a space, partially filled with iquid between them.

  52. Since this is a liquid device, you"re not going to get 
  53. millisecond sensing time, which would be nice if your
  54. going to right yourself like a falling cat.

  57. problem probably.
