  20. clear the FAT flags that OS/2 uses to indicate the presence of EA's.
  21. So, OS/2 thinks the file has EAs, but it can't load them.  Your only
  22. solution now is to reformat the partition.

  29. The migration process reads the icon from the app and stores it in
  30. EAs.  You deleted the EAs, so OS/2 can't find them.  So it takes the
  31. generic Windows icon - the window.
