  11.   For the first time since I got OS/2 I got an out of memory error
  12.   that suggested I close an app and then press OK.  Both times this has
  13.   happened, I have closed all of my apps without getting rid of this
  14.   obnoxious little thing.  I had just installed the new kernal before
  15.   this happened, so I suspected that might be the problem, so I
  16.   reinstalled the 31/03/92 kernel.  So far no problems.  Am I correct
  17.   in assuming the new kernel is the problem?  Has this happened to
  18.   others?  Do I need to report it to IBM, if so how?
