  13. I have IBM PS/2 mod. 70-121 (20MHz 386DX), run Windows 3.1 and want to upgrade
  14. my DOS 4.01 to MS-DOS 5.0. Went to Egghead and learned there is a PS/2 specific
  15. version of DOS 5.0 upgrade (IBM DOS ???).
  16. My questions to Microsoft, IBM, and other knowledgable experts:

  18. 1. Do I need to buy PS/2 specific version or will the generic version do?
  19. 2. What are the differences between those two products?
  20. 3. What advantage(s), if any, does Windows 3.1 take of DOS 5.0?
  21. 4. Assuming I buy DOS 5.0, are there any special settings for it or WIndows 3.1
  22.    to make the best use of the machine? What are they?
