- Hi,
-
- I just used a utility called IconMaster to look at the icons embedded
- in the Procomm for Windows EXE file, PW.EXE. The results brought up a
- number of icons that are not part of the Procomm tool bar. BTW, I am
- running Windows at 1024x768 and my current Procomm tool bar conatins
- 12 buttons to the right of the drop-down Script File menu: (from left
- to right) set-up, scroll, clip, send file, receive file, capture,
- print log, hang-up, clear screen, record, playback, and aspect files
- tools.
-
- Two examples of the unused icons: There's an icon which shows part of
- a keyboard. Presumably this was intended for a tool bar button to remap the
- keyboard. There is also an icon with letters on it that looks like it
- was intended as a tool bar button to change fonts.
-
- I know there is a way to create temporary tool bars usind Procomm's
- aspect language. In fact Datastorm even has a sample .WAS file on
- their BBS called ICONBAR which will show you how to do this.
-
- My questions is does anyone know a way to add the seemingly built-in
- buttons to the existing Procomm tool bar so that they can operate as
- short-cuts in the way suggested by the picture shown?
-
- Thanks in advance,
-
- Danny
