  12. This is directed at people who have MPU401 or compatible sound cards
  13. in their computers. I'm trying to get Windows 3.1 to recognize the
  14. SCC1 MIDI card I have. DOS programs can use it perfectly well so it is
  15. installed correctly.

  17. I've gone through the control panel, selected the MPU401 driver, told
  18. it that I have a Roland SCC1, picked the interrupts and port address
  19. and still win doesn't notice that the card is there. What gives?
