- Earlier this month I complained that "the guy from Telebit" (Fritz
- Mueller) had not replied to my queries regarding the possibility
- of a V.32bis Qblazer.
-
- I just received mail from him, apologizing for the delay (he'd been
- on vacation) and, for the fact that he can't comment on future
- products. As has been pointed out here, I can't ask for more
- than that.
-
- In the meantime I =did= order the QBlazer and it's a fine little
- modem, especially for the price. Only negatives: battery life is
- too short, battery rattles in compartment (needs foam padding), and
- on-off switch has too little travel and too little tactile feedback (hard
- to tell if it's on/off).
-
- Does anyone have the pinouts for the miniDIN-10 RS232 socket on the
- modem itself?
