  27. that the OTHER end is at fault?

  30. The standard telephone network supports speeds UP TO 14.4k, but bad
  31. lines are common everywhere. In less developed countries 14.4k would
  32. be utopia!

  45. It seems that a lot of people are catching on to the "blame Supra for
  46. everything, including AIDS" thingie. OK, the V1.000 ROMs were crap,
  47. but the V1.200-C ROMs are much better. A large portion of problems
  48. reported seem to be caused by the user, not by the modem...
