  12. I would be happy to add my name to your letter - last I heard (from someone
  13. on this net) NB 4.0 will not be shipped until September (or was that the
  14. documentation will not be shipped until then?).  I am now being seriously
  15. held up on two projects because of this.  As far as if complaining on this
  16. line helps, I think people have a perfect right to express their frustration.
