  16. I have been away for a month, so have not followed all
  17. of the recent discussion of the shippment of NB4, which
  18. was supposed to be imminent at the time of my departure.
  19. Is it true, as Dorothy Day suggested in her posting of
  20. Aug. 5, that the program began shipping last week?  If
  21. so, has anyone received it?

  23. If the shipment of NB4 remains, as I suspect, in the
  24. perpetual cycle of imminent release, then I wonder if
  25. some of the more disgruntled customers of NBI might be
  26. willing to collaborate with me on a letter to the company.
  27. I have written several letters of complaint, but have
  28. received no answer from them.  Perhaps as a group we
  29. could state more forcefully our dissatisfaction with this
  30. state of affairs and suggest in a constructive way the NBI
  31. must be more honest with themselves and with us.  Such a
  32. letter might also have the salutary effect of deflecting
  33. complaints against NBI away from this list, where they have
  34. long since ceased to be useful.
