  15.  I am at UPitt, and I tried 'irc -p6667 nickname cm22.eng.umd.edu'.
  16. After that, I couldn't even join any channel. ?? Am I doing anything
  17. wrong ? If so, can anyone give me an introduction on how to use 
  18. access an irc server ?
