  4.  If you're using memory managers, you must exclude the SCSI card 
  5.  address in the CONFIG.SYS file. Excluding the SCSI card address
  6.  range prevents address conflicts between the memory manager and
  7.  the SCSI card.

  9.  For example, if you're using the QEMM memory manager and
  10.  a SCSI card that covers the address range from d800 to dbff,
  11.  you would specify the following in your CONFIG.SYS file:

  13.       DEVICE=C:\QEMM\QEMM386.SYS x=d800-dbff

  15.  If you're using the EMM386 memory manager and
  16.  a SCSI card that covers the address range from d800 to dbff,
  17.  you would specify the following in your CONFIG.SYS file:

  19.       DEVICE=C:\EMM386\EMM386.SYS x=d800-dbff

  21.  If you're using the 386MAX memory manager and
  22.  a SCSI card that covers the address range from d800 to dbff,
