  22. I knw what you mean.  I am currently visiting a female friend
  23. who has a brother.  This brother wanted to get away from some
  24. problems so called her up and almost invited himself and his
  25. two kids to live at her place for a few months until he got a
  26. place of his own.  almost only because she stopped him and told
  27. him to get a hotel or his kids would freeze.

  29. Women definitely do seem to get imposed on by alot of people.
  30. Family, friends, other significants, insignificants.  I have
  31. wondered at it from time to time.  About the only thing that
  32. I thought related was a story about a homeless guy who used
  33. to walk up to people and ask for $20 bills, and get them sometimes.
  34. I thought it sounded similar because some people are gonna be
  35. stepped on, and that the steppers learn pretty quick which types
  36. to step on and how to get about the stepping done easily.

  38. So, with a little guilt, shame, discomfort..  many people use
  39. family obligatios to pressure women into doing stuff.  thats
  40. a guess.  I just thought that it seemed like women were better
  41. victims, being taught to always look out for family and such,
  42. that a relationship meant sacrifice and denial.
