  16. Thanks to everyone who has responded.  The general consensus strongly
  17. suggests that we need some way to split the income into his, hers, and ours.
  18. Most suggest seperate checking accounts, though some think that's going too
  19. far.

  21. I was surprised how many couples both earn about the same amount of money.
  22. I neglected to mention that I am earning significantly more than my wife,
  23. but I think we'll still be able to manage.  Her "allowance" shouldn't be
  24. more than she's earning.

  27. a newlywed creates all kinds of interesting problems!
