  24.     You have to realize that at one point in time, the courts supported
  25. slavery.  At one point in time, the courts supported discrimination
  26. by race.  At one point in time tobacco companies were immune from
  27. prosecution.  Time has changed all of these archaic and provincial
  28. attitudes.

  30.     Just because something has been some particular way in the past or
  31. even been supported by the courts in the past, doesn't mean one shouldn't
  32. persistantly address the problem.  Persistance does pay off -- just
  33. ask the fundamentalists who are pushing to have a theocracy -- they are
  34. making progress in some areas!

  36.     Of course the idea of suing a club again and again may have that
  37. club decide to change it's rule -- or shut down.  If it shuts down, and
  38. there is a demand, then a new club will take its place.
