  40. I'm not sure I believe this.  I don't think any car could get around the M25
  41. in less than an hour, any more.  The traffic density is appalling at any time.
  42. There is also the matter of the indiscriminate GATSO cameras to take into
  43. consideration.  The stupid speeding Plod would pass his training but would 
  44. lose his license too.  Any Plod that loses his license suffers dire 
  45. consequences from his superiors.
