- I'm not sure I believe this. I don't think any car could get around the M25
- in less than an hour, any more. The traffic density is appalling at any time.
- There is also the matter of the indiscriminate GATSO cameras to take into
- consideration. The stupid speeding Plod would pass his training but would
- lose his license too. Any Plod that loses his license suffers dire
- consequences from his superiors.
