  20. I used up three Aerotech clips before I just disposed of them all.
  21. Now I just do the masking tape bit. I also buy sets of cheap alligator
  22. clip leads that clip onto my regular clips, since in general the 
  23. copper head leads are never long enough to keep one from eventually
  24. destroying and kind of clip. 
  25. (I wonder if Aerotech is aware of the flaw their clip design, or
  26. is this 'planned obsolence'

  29. I have had a problem with Aerotech RMS G motor loads and chuffing.
  30. Never had a problem with the E and F loads. 
  31. I am not sure why this is. For the ISP loads since they are core-burners
  32. , I think all are, its easy to put a piece of thermalite boster on the
  33. CopperHead. 
  34. Tho, I think I have notice that the wire-wrap themallite maybe works 
  35. even better on these larger motors.
  36. I think that it takes more energy in an ignitor to lite off composite
  37. propellant than black powder. I think comercial motors really use 
  38. 'hot' ignitors to make sure of ignition.
  39. I have found that the 'match head' squib types always work
  40. (of course can't work one of those into the C-slot on the 
  41. RMS reloads.)
  42. There must be tons of reference material from gov and military work
  43. on how ignitors work with composite propellants.
