  17. Very unlikely that you would need permission. If it is publically-known
  18. information (that is, not a trade secret), and you are presenting it
  19. in a format that is not copyrighted by someone else (that is, you aren't
  20. using someone else's data in the same structure and format as they
  21. published it), you are most likely completely in the clear. There are lots
  22. of products such as you describe, and I doubt any of them asked permission.
