- Very unlikely that you would need permission. If it is publically-known
- information (that is, not a trade secret), and you are presenting it
- in a format that is not copyrighted by someone else (that is, you aren't
- using someone else's data in the same structure and format as they
- published it), you are most likely completely in the clear. There are lots
- of products such as you describe, and I doubt any of them asked permission.
