- Hi!
-
- I have the following problem. Suppose I publish a paper at a technical
- conference. Typically, the publisher owns the copyright but the author is allowed
- to privately distribute some copies. Further, the author is allowed to publish
- a similar paper as a technical report.
-
- I am trying to determine what the author can make available by anonymous
- ftp? i.e., can the author make a ps/dvi/tex file of the conference paper
- available by anonymous ftp? A ps/dvi/tex file of a similar technical report?
-
- Any help would be most appeciated.
-
- Thanks
-
