- Rat-doodoo. Try reading Supreme Court decisions sometime (most notably
- Webster and Casey). Abortion is not a fundamental right, it is a
- special liberty. Thank Sandra Day O'Connor for that distinction.
- Liberties may be limited for less compelling reasons than fundamental
- rights.
