- A week or so ago Frame announced a 'merger' with Verity, a text
- retrieval software start-up. However, since Verity is going to cost
- them a fair amount of money, I'm sort of surprised the stock went
- up on that alone. The market in general (software makers especially)
- did well that week and much of this. Consider Creative Labs which
- jumped 10 points in the last two days, and 18 since going public
- 5 months ago.
