- Another wat to enhance your stairmaster experience: At the club
- I go to some of the machines face mirrored walls. I always use
- these machines and concentrate on keeping the top of my head
- still (relative to some fixed object in the mirror). This forces
- me to push down with each leg as opposed to shifting weight
- from one leg to the other. It only takes about 10 minutes to
- get a huge burn in my quads; at the end of 30 minutes, my legs
- have melted down.
