  14. In this country, there is a high danger of salmonella poisoning from
  15. raw eggs. (also from raw chicken; be careful not to cut salad veggies
  16. on any surface which  has been used for raw meats)
  17.   Salmonella is destroyed by cooking and is quite nasty, so don't even
  18. think about raw eggs.
