- About three weeks back I saw this program on Sonya Live (CNN) where
- they had a number of fitness experts and the controversy was about the
- Cindy Crawford video which the aerobic association (?) is asking
- Cindy to withdraw from the market because it had exercises which are
- harmful for you (their claim).
-
- One of the exercises that they mentioned was a neckroll. This is a
- stretch where you stand erect, bend your head forward and then slowly
- roll it around the torso. Supposedly, this exercise puts undue stress
- on the vertebral column. Is this true?
-
- More importantly all these experts (?) were quick to point out that it
- is safe to do all these with a personal trainer. Now, this confuses
- me, because if neck rolls are bad, they are bad. Could someone clarify
- this for me. It seems to me that they were just being courteous to the
- Cindy Crawford's personal trainer, who was the technical expert for the
- CC video.
-
- What happened to the video. Did she change it? Ignore all the
- controversy. What happened?

- PS: I heard that "Penelope Ann Miller" is coming out with a fitness
- video. Actually she is 'in' one, along with several other celebrities.
- When is that coming out. Now, this is a woman....
