  10. We have noticed that we have dry wood termite residue on a windowsil
  11. of our house, along with evidence of previous damage in the hardwood
  12. floors.  We had a couple of termite companies come out, and they both
  13. recommend tenting and fumigating the entire house.

  15. Does anyone know of any less radical solution that is effective in
  16. ridding a house, or a portion of a house, of termites?
  17.  
  18. Also, what about the safety of the stuff they use to fumigate with?
