  19. The solution is save the width table under a different name for the last
  20. Chapter that you had open during a session.  Do a File, Manage Width
  21. Table..., Save As New Width Table... and type in a new name like
  22. MYFONTS.WID.  I've done it for every chapter file I have so I never get
  23. stuck with 50 True Type fonts grinding away.  Then VP will not attempt
  24. to rebuild the full font list which is tye time-consuming step.  You
  25. should be up in 45 seconds flat, or so.
