- It's use is that when you upload a ascii file to a unix system if you dont tell
- your terminal program to strip the linefeeds than it will take your linefeeds
- and convert them to ^M's in your file when it gets to the Unix system. So what
- the script does is searches for ^M and deletes them from the file.
