  14. Before you did the reinstalls, did you remove the wp???.ini files
  15. from the windows directory?  Maybe you might run a chkdsk before you
  16. install and maker sure there isn't a lost cluster problem(grasping here).

  18. What do your config.sys and autoexec.bat files look like?
