  48. Once again I am screwed by the "Let's have BOFs on the Tutorial days", gang ...

  50. To anyone that will listen, a small plea:

  52.     Please try not to schedule BOFs on Tutorial days!!!

  54. Notice how there are no BOFs on Thursday from 6-8.  I can guess that's
  55. probably the Reception hours (-: ... but people could leave early or elect to
  56. attend a BOF instead.  Who needs food?  (-:  (He said, looking down at his own
  57. convex waistline ... (-: )

  59. I guess the BOFs are a victim of their own success, but please try to remember
  60. that not everyone shows up for the Tutorials, for many reasons.  This is the
  61. 3rd conference in a row that has held BOFs on the night before the Technical
  62. program begins, also not coincidentally the night before I first arrive for
  63. the main conference itself.  (At LISA I missed the Sun-Managers BOF for this
  64. very reason)  Not everyone can afford to leave a day early and spend an extra
  65. night just to make it there by 6 PM the day before the Technical Program
  66. starts ...
