  16. Dougl,
  17.
  18. Great question.... Now as for my answer....
  19.
  20. The Judge's decision is commendable and the system fair....IF ALL THE
  21. AMENDMENTS PASSED BEFORE AND SINCE IN COLORADO MEET THE REQUIREMENT....
  22. NOW, I do not think so....
  23.
  24. This is like a recent case where police picked up a man and questioned
  25. him for walking/jogging suspiciously in a wealthy  neighbourhood... The
  26. police can be congratulated on their vigilance and desire to protect
  27. a neighbourhood.... The problem is that they do not do the same thing
  28. uniformly all over town....just in that neighbourhood....
  29.
  30. IF THE COLORADO COUR SYSTEM HAS EXAMINED ALL AMENDMENTS ACCORDING TO
  31. THE STANDARDS YOU MENTION, THEY CAN BE COMMENDED....IF THEY HOWEVER
  32. TAKE SELECT CASES TO EXAMINE AND OVERTURN THEN ITS ABUSE OF POWER.
  33.
