- Dougl,
-
- Great question.... Now as for my answer....
-
- The Judge's decision is commendable and the system fair....IF ALL THE
- AMENDMENTS PASSED BEFORE AND SINCE IN COLORADO MEET THE REQUIREMENT....
- NOW, I do not think so....
-
- This is like a recent case where police picked up a man and questioned
- him for walking/jogging suspiciously in a wealthy neighbourhood... The
- police can be congratulated on their vigilance and desire to protect
- a neighbourhood.... The problem is that they do not do the same thing
- uniformly all over town....just in that neighbourhood....
-
- IF THE COLORADO COUR SYSTEM HAS EXAMINED ALL AMENDMENTS ACCORDING TO
- THE STANDARDS YOU MENTION, THEY CAN BE COMMENDED....IF THEY HOWEVER
- TAKE SELECT CASES TO EXAMINE AND OVERTURN THEN ITS ABUSE OF POWER.
