  11.     Thank you Leigh Williams for an exceptionally lucid summation of
  12.  suggestions for NOTIS VSE JCL.  Please add West Chester University to
  13.  votes FOR all of the suggestions, especially #1, #2, #3, #6, and #12.
  14.  We rewrite all NOTIS JCL due to NOTIS errors and the fact that our VSAM
  15.  work file catalog is different from our VSAM NOTIS file catalog, plus
  16.  the already stated problems of working with procs in VSE.
