  12. We have seen occasional instances where the location and call number
  13. from copy statement 001 prints when we do the spine label for an
  14. added copy for a different location.  I haven't called this in to
  15. NOTIS yet, because I want to rule out "operator error."  Has anyone
  16. else ever noticed this happening?  Have you reported it to NOTIS?
  17. I might add that we're on 5.1 now, but first occurrence of the problem
  18. was previous to this release.
