- I consider a library to be a center of communication in a community.
- Not having interpreters there would both conflict with that idea, as
- well as be illegal according to ADA. Libraries have to be accessible
- to the deaf. If you have a 'story hour' for hearing children, you
- should have an interpreter so deaf kids can enjoy it as well.
