  31. Remember though, that AA didn't appear by magic.  There are historical
  32. reasons for its implementation.  The white male power structure refused
  33. to incorporate minorities. Thus AA was an attempt to solve that.  I think
  34. we all agree that it isn't perfect but what should replace it. If nothing
  35. replaces it, won't history repeat itself.
