- In the case where there is a substantial cost effective difference
- in who gets the exemption, I would suggest getting together and
- discussing bribery.
- If the exemption is worth $1000 to the NCP, but only $50 to the CP,
- offer the CP say $200 cash for signing form 8332.
- She gets an extra $150, the NCP gets an extra $800.
- Uncle Sam gets less, but so what.
