- It _is_ inconsistent, however, to bill a man, not only for a pregnancy
- which was STARTED by him (for which the appropriate "bill" is the cost of
- an abortion and/or associated medical costs), but also CONTINUED for 9 months,
- without his consent, and maybe even without his knowledge. Sounds like an
- overbilling to me.
