- Don't expect rationality from Suzzie wrt organ donations... She thinks
- it is necessary to go into the thoracic cavity to remove a kidney
- (thus, according to her, making donating a kidney more dangerous then
- receiving one). I mentioned this to a local nephrologist (and head of
- our transplant team) who laughed hysterically, and said (paraphrased):
- Any surgeon who gets to a kidney through the chest probably does
- tonselectomies through the anus.
